You can hear everything in the hall, neighbors will complain if you shut your door loud or if your dog barks so be prepared to be very quiet when you live here. The gym is a nice feature but it needs some attention and upgrades. The lobby needs to be cleaned regularly, there was cat or dog food on the floor in lobby for several days. The property lacks an onsite fulltime property manager. If they had an onsite property manager things would go smoother for residents.

submitted by Lela M. - |Recommended: YesCouldn't ask for better in Lake Oswego — Great apartments with lots of light and well cared for. The places off the back look into Tryon Creek Park and it is unique to hang every bird feeder there is and watch the birds in the morning.
