Communication in the beginning to end of signing the lease was very well maintained, their office personal was very professional and timely, courteous and friendly.
After moving in my children especially we're very excited. The unit is well maintained, smells great, paint job and counters are perfect, excellent flooring condition, all appliances brand new, I was really impressed.
The fact alone that this community comes with a pool, it's quiet, very clean and with friendly tenants, this made for a perfect landing for my family.
|Recommended: YesReview of Poplar Village. — The grounds need some work. Plants need to be trimmed and cleaned free of spiders and spider webs. The new painting of the buildings is really nice. Pauline has done a great job, every question I have had she has answered and taken care of all the problems.

We recently changed our landscaping company and we have all of our building treated on the exterior ever couple of months for all pests. However, if you ever need additional service...your welcome to put in a service request through your resident portal 24/7. Thank you and we look forward to enjoying our new exterior paint job for years to come. For the record, Pauline is truly amazing and thorough at what she does and appreciate your recognizing her.
|Recommended: YesBrittany is Outstanding — I'm only doing this review because Brittany has changed Poplar Village singled handedly. I've lived here 15 years and she has gotten more done in the short time she's been here than any other Propery Manager. She doesn't sugar coat things, which I love. Don't feed my a line of crap, tell me straight up what's happening. She does She's getting the landscaping tuned up which is needed badly. All properties around us have beautiful grounds while ours is less than stellar. I love her energy likely because she's upbeat and happy. The Property owners need to hang on to this one. If she leaves, ya'll are screwed. LOL

|Recommended: YesReview — I have lived here for several years. Since Brittany and team came it has been life-changing. The grounds are well taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. I feel safe and relaxed in my apartment setting. I am very grateful for all of the changes since she came.

|Recommended: NoPaying for things not available to us — We have had issues with no staffing, maintenance, landscaping, the pool no being open, not being able to get ahold of office staff not having outdoor lighting to take dogs out at nights, and the pool being closed at least half of the summer
As you know...we took over management of Poplar Village Apartments on 07/25/2023 and cannot speak for the previous vendors, staffing, etc. All we can do is change our resident's experience going forward. We apologize you had this experience with the previous management company, we hope we are able to earn your business back by showing you we care about our residents in our actions going forward.
