It is nice to see the consistency and stability of the care that is put from the staff. Both Ginger and Evelyn have been extremely caring and gracious in response to tenants concerns. Apartment maintenance has been quick to respond and alleviate any concerns or issues to be handled in a timely manner. Very much appreciated. Brentwood Village is a wonderful home place to live
|Recommended: YesManagement and maintenance — I recently had an emergency with my water heater being old and starting to leak out very badly. Between the time I spotted it, contacted GINGER, her sending the maintenance person, ART, then getting ahold of the company that does water heaters, it was exactly 3 hours till I had a new heater installed. This happened at 5 30 in the afternoon, too, which is late in the day. I cannot thank and commend both Ginger and Art enough for their professionalism, caring way they handled this, and the incredibly fast way they acted on this. THANK YOU Ginger and Art. Incredible

As you know...we took over management of Brentwood Village Apartments on 07/25/2023 and cannot speak for the previous vendors, staffing, etc. All we can do is change our resident's experience going forward. We have hired a new cleaning team that is more likeminded in what we expect the laundry room to be cleaned like and more up to our standards. Thank you for your feedback, we'll use it to keep on making positive changes within our community.
