|Recommended: YesGreat location, awesome staff and space — I lived here for two years and am only moving due to a switch in job locations. I loved this area and the building The unit was the perfect size for me. The location is walkable to all of the fun things to do in Sellwood and a quick commute to downtown The on-site manager is wonderful and everyone I met who lived in the building was extremely friendly. Parking can be tricky sometimes but manageable.
|Recommended: YesSweet little property in growing neighborhood — Considering the price of new rental properties, this one is fine. We are all aware of Portland's high rates. I love the south-facing windows for light, and the location is great.
I had hoped C R would take better care of the property and maintain it more thoroughly. I.E, Power wash moss forming on concrete rocks, repair completely dings in walls and stairwells, clean carpets, doors, entry concrete, and replace 3rd floor landing light out for many months .
|Recommended: YesLooks great but walls are paper thin... — It's a small complex that is quaint and cozy. Appliances and aesthetics are great. It's not a dump. BUT...the biggest complaint I have for this complex is SOUND insulation. I can hear someone cough in the apartment next to me, while cutting their vegetables or using their microwave. I can hear another neighbor's baby crying. The guy below me blares his music TV video games. And the people above me are horses. It's a decent price for the area and square footage. I'd recommend the place to most people...unless neighborly noise is bothersome to you.
