|Recommended: YesCrazy neighbour — I was so scared today by our apt neighbour. He came upstairs to my floor and knocked on my door. He was sweating and looked so nervous. He just closed the one of the next door unit I did not know that was empty and they moved it. I am not sure how he had a key or the door was not locked. He looked like he had an illusion and paranoia about my front neighbour. He asked where they go who they are Did you see him I said they moved out.
Then I told him elevator was not working today they put sign because of fire. he shown me now its working he try to force to come with him to elevator. he said many times. and push 2 buttons at the same time and he said you should do that many people died here. This apartment is not safe. He was carrying a big screwdriver and gave it to me. He said you need that. I returned him back and said I don't need it.
He showed me an attention sticker label and he said I found this in my freezer This place is not safe. I told him did you ever called the office He said there is no number. What happened to samantha apt manager. they did something to her. I said she just changed her job. He was standing in front of my door. He also looked at me head to toe with his eyes and tried to see me inside my unit , which made me so uncomfortable and insecure. another neighbour young lady came and she said I know you live on the first floor.
I just say I have to go. He asked my name for the second time. and I closed my door
I am not sure if he is on psychedelic drugs or not or dealing with serious mental illness like schizophrenia and paranoia. because I see people with serious mental illness. I know the signs. all the stuff he said was really off. I will call 911 if he scares me again or harasses me, knocks on my door or comes to my floor or lobby attraction .
I am young lady live by myself really like my apt and neighbourhood and want to renew my lease. he really make me unsafe today
He said his name is Dave or kevin live in unit 206. he is big and tall
I will expect cleary apartment do serious action as soon as possible for my safety and this never happen again

|Recommended: YesDecent Loft Apt — I like the loft setup of the apartments, it kind of feels like I'm sleeping in a treehouse. It also help make the space seem bigger with separation of the bedroom
|Recommended: YesConvenient, clean, and fully equipped — As someone who had never been to Portland prior to moving in, the experience with the Cleary apartments really helped me settle in very quickly and sorted out all my essential needs. Overall, I've had a very pleasant experience here despite all of the recent happenings in Portland.
|Recommended: YesCozy spot for Portland dwellers — I love tiny spaces I feel safe and secure, and it takes me 10 minutes to clean the whole apartment. This place is very different than all the other generic complexes I've rented from. It's so quiet here, and everyone is respectful and nice. Sound is contained very well here and you truly feel like you're in your own space. If you're living by yourself with a pet like me, I think the space is perfect. The ceilings are ridiculously high and it makes the place seem much bigger than it is I honestly think it's way more than enough space for one person, and mine is a 275 sqft unit. It's super close to Fred Meyers and its surrounded by food
The parking is a bit difficult, I think if you don't need to drive every single day you will be fine. It's just street parking, so it's really all about luck and timing. I pay the City Zone parking, and it's only like 130 a year and you can park anywhere within the zone you paid for.
they don't have amenities like a common space, a gym, etc, but in exchange you kind of get a slice of introvert heaven. For me, super high speed internet and flat rate on all utilities including internet are way better amenities in my opinion I think the rent is extremely competitive and fair for the location, and for the quality you are getting. this place is just so clean and quiet, and conveniently around everything.
